Ask the school for their requirements as soon as you or your child becomes interested in enrolling in a class. This should give you enough time to prepare the documents or secure new copies if needed. You will also have enough time to do your research on the program to prepare yourself mentally and physically for the demands of the exercises.

Many schools offer free open to the public sessions to give potential students a sample of how they conduct their classes. If the school does not offer this, you may ask to sit in their existing classes. Depending on who the students are and the current activities in class, they may have to schedule you to observe a more suitable class.

Before the first day of class, start strengthening your body to prepare for the activities. Exercises to strengthen your core will be beneficial for many of the lessons. A regular run around the block can also help you with proper breathing and stamina. Slowly improve your diet to include mineral-rich foods and those that are high in protein and energy.

Summers can be enjoyed by doing worthwhile activities. Follow your instructors at all times and take small steps at a time to avoid accidents and excessively straining your body. That should make this period a memorable positive experience.
