No matter what the scale says you can manifest your desired weight. Sure it may not be easy, but it is achievable. Don't let the scale discourage you. The scale doesn't control you, you control the scale. Just knowing that you control the scale is very empowering.

First of all you must believe that you can achieve your desired weight. If you don't believe it then more than likely you are not going to do what needs to be done to achieve it. Most people don't take action if they don't believe in their goal. No matter what obstacles arise up against you, you must keep the faith. Sure doubt may arise but allow your faith to rise higher than your doubt. Believe in yourself and believe that you deserve the body you dream about.

2. Take Action:

Taking action will propel you forward. Find a healthy eating program and an exercise program that works for you. There are an abundance of programs available. Find one that resonates with you, and that will fit your lifestyle, and go for it.

3. Stick to it:

Don't give up in between believing and achieving. That is where a lot of people fall off at. Stay inspired and stay motivated. Stick to your goals and don't give up until you see your goal weight manifest. Many people get frustrated and go back to their old habits because they don't see results happening fast enough. Keep moving forward and you will see results. Don't give up, and one day you will look back and be so glad that you didn't.
